It features a clear LCD display, one-touch operation, and a compact, lightweight design, making it ideal for home use and travel. The monitor uses oscillometric measurement technology for reliable readings.
How to Use
Sit quietly and rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
Place the monitor on your left wrist (or as directed), leaving about two finger widths between the cuff and the palm.
Fasten the cuff snugly, but not too tightly.
Raise your wrist so it is level with your heart during the measurement.
Press the Start button and remain still and silent until the measurement is complete.
The display will show your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
If another measurement is needed, wait 2–3 minutes before repeating the process.
